Okay, I know you were all waiting until it went up on this blog to watch it so, go ahead, feast your eyeballs on this new trailer for The Last Jedi:
I don't tend to get overhyped about much, but I've made no secret of the fact that, since Johnson's involvement with the project was announced, I have been experiencing unreasonable levels of hype for this movie. A Star Wars movie with a legit chance of sitting alongside the Original Trilogy as a great film isn't really something you can shake off without looking curmudgeonly and this trailer makes me more confident than before that we're about to get that. It's enough to make me actually write about it which I don't like to do because:

Gushing over trailers can look pretty silly.
It does feel notably more detail-heavy than previous glimpses at these films have been, though there's a big lean on misdirection going on that keeps things vague - I can give you good odds that the final interaction between Rey and Ren has been sneakily edited, for instance. If you've got the willpower to avoid this trailer, then obviously do so, but I don't have that kind of willpower so I'm gonna side with Johnson on this one:
But seriously, if you can get by without watching it then good job. I'm pretty rubbish when it comes to stuff like that. I like my entertainment now!
